You agree that you use this website at your own risk and accept it 'as is'. You agree that you shall not hold 31X Ltd or any of its employees or agents liable for any damage or loss however caused and whether due to 31X Ltd's negligence or otherwise except as provided by statute.

You acknowledge that all portions of this website and their arrangement and all software code and other material on this website are ©2013 31X Ltd or its content and technology providers. If you make contributions or comments on public sections of the website you grant 31X Ltd a royalty free, worldwide licence to reproduce, use and modify such contributions or comments in any way at its sole discretion.

You agree that you will only use this website for your own personal use and shall not copy or otherwise infringe the rights of 31X Ltd or any third party nor use this website for any illegal or unauthorised activity.

You will keep your account password (if any) secret and are responsible for any misuse of it through your actions or omissions.

You agree to accept liability for any loss suffered by 31X Ltd as a result of any fraudulent or unauthorised action caused or initiated by you.

Information about our products

We will provide honest, clear and legal information and advertising about the products we have for sale. All such material meets the conditions of the British Codes of Advertising and Sales Promotion (which you can see at the Advertising Standards Authority website) and we will comply with any rulings given by the ASA on any complaints raised with them.

We will not advertise for sale any product that we do not genuinely believe to be available as advertised. If the release date of a product changes we will show this change on our website promptly and, if practical, let you know if you have already placed an order for it.

When making available any vouchers, discounts or special offers, we will clearly say if any restrictions apply.

Each product will be accompanied by details of any specific technical requirements required in order to operate it correctly. Please make sure that you have checked these requirements before purchase.

Software purchases and support

Our software is licensed to you for personal use under the standard terms and conditions of the channel you buy it through (eg Amazon, Apple, Google). With a valid activation key you will be able to play it on proper equipment, so we reserve the right not to give refunds. However, if you have a problem with your software, please do contact our support team and we will do what is reasonable to try to resolve the issue. We cannot advise on other hardware or software problems and do not accept any responsibility for any problems that you may experience as a consequence of using our products on your equipment.

Children/Minors

We will not accept registrations on this site or to our mailing list from anyone we know or believe to be 13 years of age or less. If you are under 18 it is your responsibility to notify us so that we can treat your account appropriately.

Data protection, security and privacy

We are registered on the Data Protection Register at the address given below. On request we will promptly send you a copy of any details that we hold about you. A fee of £9.50 is charged to cover our administrative costs.

We will not send you advertising material if you do not want us to or send you e-mail if you have indicated you do not want us to. This is a public website that anyone can access. However, if you wish to purchase a product we will ask you to create an account. This is a one-time process and the personal information we ask you to provide is held on a secure system.

During the creation of the account we will ask you for a minimum of information, depending on what you wish to receive from us. If you would like to receive e-mail information about our products we will require your e-mail address. If you make a purchase by credit or debit card, we will need relevant details.

At your option we can store this information so that you do not need to enter these details when returning to our website, and the information can be changed at any time by logging into your account and modifying the details on record.

For this reason, your account will be password protected and you will be asked when creating the account to specify a password for this purpose. Please use a "password" that contains mixed characters and is NOT a single word or common phrase. If you ever forget your password, we will, on request, send the account details to the current e-mail address in your account. We use cookies to keep track of your purchases; those are created by our website contain no identifying information, either financial or personal, but cookies are necessary to the proper operation of your account.
